Tom Lucas is a Western artist based in Dubois, WY. He is also a master Flint Knapper. He creates stone tools, arrowheads, etc. using the traditional methods. We were privileged to see him create from raw stone during the Wind River Photographers retreat sponsored by the National Bighorn Sheep Center
